Home Equity Installment Loan

FEDCom Credit Union has two great Home Equity loan options. Our Home Equity Installment loan is a loan made for a specified amount and term of repayment. And, if the loan amount is for $10,000 or more FEDCom Credit Union will pay the closing costs.

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

Our Home Equity Line of Credit loan is a loan set with a maximum line of credit. All you have to do to add cash to the loan is write out a check or just give us a call and we'll be glad to transfer the money to the account of your choice.

Home Equity loan interest may be tax deductible; check with your tax professional to find out if your situation applies.
